Dear Colleague,

Since our first congress in 2012, Public Pharmacists Association (TUKED) has organised congresses with a broad participation and prosperous scientific as well as social programs in the field of Hospital and Institution Pharmacy Practices. The sixth National Hospital and Institution Pharmacists Congress will be held between 27th of February and 3rd of March 2019 in Royal Seginus Hotel – Lara / Antalya. 

We had a very successful congress with over 900 participants last year. In 2019, we aim to achieve your participation, valuable contribution and a high level of interest by a scientific program that includes distinguished national and international speakers who convene to share the knowledge and expertise. The congress will be a great opportunity for our colleague, who works in both hospitals and institutions in order to follow the recent developments, to share and discuss all up-to-date topics in the field. PERMISSIONS

Permission letters which will be requested to be given to the institutions for participation in the Congress will be sent to the participants by the Congress Organizing Committee on request.

CANCELLATIONS

Half of the registration and accommodation fees will be refunded if the cancellations occur before 18th of January 2019. Any cancellations after this date will not be refunded.

POSTERS

The posters to be presented at the Congress must be 70 x 100 cm in size.

NAME BADGES

Badges will be distributed to all participants. It is requested to keep your badges attached constantly during the Congress so that the organisation can be maintained.

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION

Certificate of Participation will be given to all participants at the end of the congress.

Cancellations

50% refunds will be made for cancellations received before 18th of January 2019 and no refunds will be made after 19th of January 2019. Refunds for all cancellations will be processed after the congress.

Abstract Submission Rules

The rules for abstracts submission are determined by the Congress Organizing Committee.

The abstracts to be presented at the congress will be submitted only by using the Online Submission System at www.tuked2019.org .

The submission of abstracts through the website will be available between the 1st of October 2018 and 18th of January 2019 (at until 17:00) and authors will be allowed to make any changes or withdraw the abstracts that have sent to the Scientific Committee until that date.

  • Please indicate the category of your abstract according to its relevance with the main topics.
  • Please indicate the names and surnames of the authors listed in the abstract according to its order and specify the name of the person who will present the abstract in the field specified as “Presenter”.
  • Please fully indicate the contact details of the presenter.
  • Please submit your abstract in accordance with the standards indicated for abstract structure.
  • The abstract should not exceed 300 words, excluding the author’s information and abstract title.
  • Please prepare the abstract in accordance with the scientific / academic writing style and try not to make any typos.
